Return & Refund Policy (Bedding Sets & Utility Products)

Return Eligibility:

• Returns accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.
• Request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Used, washed, or altered products.
• Items without original packaging or missing parts.
• Products damaged due to customer handling.

Refund Policy:

• Refunds are processed only after returned items pass quality inspection.
• Approved refunds will be credited within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchange:

• Exchange is allowed only for defective or wrong items, subject to stock availability.

Cancellation:
